Board Meetings

NWDA Board meetings are usually held from 6:00 to 7:45 pm on the third Monday of the month, unless moved up or back a week by a national or school holiday. All are welcome at our board meetings.

Meetings are normally held at Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Building #2, 1st Floor Conference Room, at 1040 NW 22nd Avenue, directly across from Good Samaritan Hospital between Lovejoy and Marshall Streets. Note the location change from the second floor to the first floor.

The NWDA Executive Committee meets at NWNW (2257 NW Raleigh) at 8 am. on the Wednesday 12 days before each Board Meeting to set the agenda for the upcoming Board meeting.

Monday, January 28 – Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Building #2, 1st Floor Conference Room
(Note: One week later than normal due to Martin Luther King Day)

Monday, February 25 – Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Building #2, 1st Floor Conference Room
(Note: One week later than normal due to President’s Day)

Monday, March 18 – Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Building #2, 1st Floor Conference Room

NWDA Annual Meeting & Election – May 20

The NWDA Annual Meeting and Election will be held Monday, May 20, from 6:00 to 7:30 pm in Legacy Good Samaritan, Wistar Morris Room, 1015 NW 22nd Ave. Please make plans to attend the meeting to elect our new President and Board of Directors. The Annual Meeting will be followed immediately by an abbreviated May Board Meeting. Agendas for both meetings are attached.
